Tamarind Chutney


Ingredients:
·         2 cups seedless tamarind
·         1 tsp salt
·         1 tsp black salt
·         2 ½ cup sugar powder or to taste
·         1 tsp ginger powder
·         1 ½ tsp roasted ground cumin seeds
·         1 ½ tsp black pepper powder
·         1 ½  tsp red chili powder
(Adjust it according to the sourness of tamarind)
Preparation:
            Place the tamarind in a bowl and pour onto it about 2 cups boiling water. Soak for about 45 minutes. Then mash it well and stain it in another bowl.  Now in this pulp add sugar, salt, cumin seeds powder, black salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and ginger powder. Mix well and adjust the red chili and sugar according to the sourness of the tamarind. Tamarind chutney is ready.
